Who we are

GoCNcart is an independent China‑to‑world sourcing and delivery hub. Through official API integrations via our authorized technology partner, we provide live results from 1688 and Taobao, international checkout, and end‑to‑end logistics. We are not affiliated with Alibaba Group; we source on your behalf as a buying agent and deliver through trusted carriers.

GoCNcart — global e‑commerce platform for sourcing from 1688 & Taobao with transparent pricing and international checkout. Service fee: 10% on product value (CN domestic delivery charges are not included in the fee base).

1688 Bangladesh Ltd. — China→Bangladesh warehousing and logistics operator (Guangzhou / Hong Kong → Dhaka), including optional door‑to‑door delivery within Bangladesh.

What we do

  • Smarter discovery: Paste a product link, search by text, or upload an image for reverse search—live results via official APIs.
  • Sourcing & purchase: We buy on your behalf from trusted Chinese marketplaces/manufacturers.
  • China warehouse (Guangzhou): Receive, basic QC, repack, and consolidate multi‑seller orders.
  • Global delivery: DHL/FedEx express and economy lines to most countries.
  • Bangladesh lanes: dedicated import routes run by 1688 Bangladesh Ltd. (Category A from Guangzhou; Category B via Hong Kong).
  • Payments: International—Stripe/Payoneer (cards), Binance (where permitted). Bangladesh—Nagad, bKash, Rocket, CellFin, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • CN Cart app: Manage orders and tracking on Android (QR code provided).

Bangladesh shipping lanes (operated by 1688 Bangladesh Ltd.)

Category A — Guangzhou CN → BD: typically 7–14 days

Footwear, bags, jewelry, tools, electronics, computer accessories, ceramics, metals, leather goods, rubber/plastics, toys without batteries, PCBs/electrical parts, auto parts, adapters, machinery, microphones, garments, power supplies, cables, earphones, etc.

Not supported in Category A: liquids, aerosols, cosmetics, batteries, chemicals, hazardous items.

Category B — Hong Kong CN → BD: typically 20–25 days

Battery‑included items (UN3481‑compliant lines), regulated liquids/cosmetics (e.g., lipstick, oils, perfume), magnets/lasers, and other special‑handling items.

Important: we do not accept or ship counterfeit/replica or IP‑infringing goods.

Pickup, weighing, and local delivery in Bangladesh

After arrival in Dhaka, customers may visit our office to weigh goods and pay shipping per kilogram, or pay via online/mobile banking and receive delivery through trusted local couriers (Steadfast, Pathao, Sundarban, etc.). Local courier charges are borne by the customer.

Payments and support

  • International: Stripe/Payoneer (cards), Binance (where legally permitted).
  • Bangladesh: Nagad, bKash, Rocket, CellFin, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • Support hours: Dhaka Time (GMT+6), 7:00–22:00, six days a week.
  • Redirection: Legacy users of 1688Bangladesh.com are redirected to GoCNcart.com for a unified shopping experience.

Compliance and important notes

  • Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, international shipments are DAP; the customer is Importer of Record (IOR) and pays duties/taxes upon arrival.
  • Carrier & customs rules: We comply with all destination rules. Restricted items move only via eligible lines with proper documentation.
  • No counterfeit/IP‑infringing goods: such items are not accepted or shipped.
  • Mis‑declaration: If a customer mis‑declares or sends restricted items to our China warehouse and customs impose fines/penalties or seize goods, the costs and consequences rest with the customer; 1688 Bangladesh Ltd. will not bear such costs.
  • Carriers: DHL/FedEx deliver under their own terms. 1688 Bangladesh Ltd. uses Guangzhou and Hong Kong ports for BD shipments.
